Oct 18th & 19th. Vendor spaces are 10, 12, 14, & 19 linear feet along a wall, priced at $10 per foot. Reserve your space now for $25. Rental fee must be paid in full to GSQG along with a signed contract no later than May 1, 2025. No refunds will be given for cancellation after July 1, 2025.

About the event

Quilt show set up will be Friday, October 17, 2025 from 10:00 am- 4:30 pm.  Show hours are 10:00 am -5:00pm on Saturday, October 18th and 10:00am-4:00pm on Sunday, October 19th.  Venue will open for vendors at 8:00 am on both Saturday and Sunday.  1 table and chair are provided.  No pipe or drape will be provided.  Space layout is included in the show's Application document.   Quilt Show information is posted on GSQG website www.gardenstatequiltersguild.com  Balance is due June 1, 2025.  Any questions, contact Vendor Co-Chairs Melanie Sukh at msukh59@gmail.com  and Leslie Morgan at Leslie_5755@hotmail.com
